why didn't i get coins for my order?

a few things stop coins landing on an order:

• the order was paid entirely with store credit. you don't earn coins on store credit redemptions.
• the order was shipping only, with no subtotal to earn on.
• the reward just hasn't run yet. it's usually instant, occasionally a few minutes behind.

if your order looks like it should have earned coins and they're still not showing after a few minutes, get in touch and we'll sort it.
