what's the difference between Rizla Green, Blue and Silver?

it comes down to the weight of the paper. Rizla Green is the regular weight, the everyday all-rounder. Blue is thinner, and Silver is the thinnest of the three. the finer the paper, the slower and cleaner the burn. if you want less paper taste, Silver is the one to try.
are Rizla papers slow-burning?
