refund policy
30 days from delivery to request a return. item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with tags. keep your proof of purchase.
to start a return, email [email protected]. we'll send a return label and tell you where to send it. don't send anything back without requesting first. we won't be able to accept it.
something wrong with your order?
check it when it arrives. if something's damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, get in touch straight away and we'll sort it.
what can't be returned
perishables, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. not sure if yours qualifies? just ask.
exchanges
return what you have, then place a new order once it's accepted. quickest way to get the right thing.
EU orders
if your order's shipping into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. same conditions apply. unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
refunds
we'll let you know once we've looked over the return. if it's approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. banks can take a little longer to show it on your end.
