why did my coins balance go down?

usually a refund or an expiry.

two common reasons a balance drops:

  • a refund was processed. coins are deducted in proportion when an order's refunded.
  • some coins expired. they last one year from the order that earned them.

if neither of those fits and the drop doesn't add up, get in touch and we'll look into it.
