first, check your tracking. it'll tell you where the parcel is.
royal mail first class usually lands in 1 to 3 working days. tracked 48 takes 2 to 3.
if it's been less than 3 working days since dispatch, give it a little longer. it's likely just moving through the network.
between 3 and 10 working days with no movement. worth checking your local sorting office too.
if it's been more than 10 working days since dispatch with no delivery scan, get in touch and we'll look into it from our end.
