tracking says delivered but i don't have it

once a carrier marks a parcel as delivered, there's a set route to get it properly looked into. start here.

first, check the obvious spots

• your tracking page. it often shows where the parcel was left, sometimes with a photo.
• with neighbours, in case it was taken in for you.
• around the property. porch, side gate, bins, any outbuildings.

still can't find it

if you've checked and it's genuinely missing, report it to your local police as a theft and get a crime reference number.

send that reference number over to us and we'll take it from there.

we know it's a bit of a process. once something's marked delivered, this is the only route that gets it properly investigated.
