Nordic Spirit is a nicotine pouch made by JTI. a small white pouch that sits under your top lip. no tobacco in it, no smoke, nothing to light. the dots on the can tell you how strong it is.

a step up, for people already used to pouches.
using one
- tuck one pouch under your top lip. no need to chew or move it.
- expect a tingle. Nordic Spirit says it usually lasts around 15 minutes.
- take it out when you're done. the nicotine lasts up to 30 minutes, according to the brand.
the law is changing. until now there's been no legal age for nicotine pouches in the UK. from 29 October 2026 it's illegal to sell them to anyone under 18, online or in a shop. Nordic Spirit already says its pouches are for adults only.

two dots is 6mg, three is 9mg, four is 11mg. start low. keep it under your lip for up to half an hour. and from 29 October, you'll need to be 18.
