our products are for adults only. you have to be 18 or over to order.

if you believe someone under 18 has placed an order, or used someone else's details to do it, let us know.

email us at help@munchterm.co.uk with anything you can share. an order number, the name on the account, or the email used all help.

we'll look into it straight away. where we can, we'll cancel the order, stop the delivery, and refund it.
