if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, there's a good chance we can stop it. get in touch as soon as you can.

once it's with the carrier, we can't pull it back. but you can still return it once it arrives, within 14 days, for a full refund.

the sooner you message us, the more likely we can catch it before it goes out.
